The Qld Government, Courts, and Police are constantly stating in the mainstream media that they have insufficient funding to help genuine Female and Male Domestic Violence Victims as they have insufficient funding and resources to combat the growing number of Domestic Violence complaints, however here we have a case where Dupois a law abiding citizen who hasnt seen his ex partner for 8 and a half years is being framed with a fraudulent DVO application by his ex partner in collusion with her Qld Police Lover to set Dupois up as he continues to attempt to obtain the return of his and his familys money (loans) within the Qld Legal System!

In a recent civil prosecution filed against Police Prosecutor Ms Merishia Wheatley pictured below as well as Legal officer for the Department of Public Prosecutions Ms Kimberly Elizabeth Thomas, in the Ipswich District Court - File Number: D10/24, it has come to light that International Recording Artist TV Host / Actor and World Peace Ambassador Charles Dupois filed this civil action against both Defendants in the sum of $750,000.00 on the 11th of March 2024 claiming that both Defendants committed numerous criminal offences.

Both Defendants committed the following criminal offences:

1. Criminal Code 1899, Section 140 (1) Attempting to Pervert Justice

2. Criminal Code 1899 - Section 7(1) a, b, c, d- Principal offenders - Aiding and Abetting

One of the most compelling factors is that it is alleged that SGT Wheatley in collusion with a number of Corrupt Magistrates unlawfully continue to attempt to set up Dupois with a fraudulent Domestic Violence Order which is Not Necessary or Desirable in favour of Dupoiss former De Facto Partner of 4 and a half years, who is a NSW Resident.

Dupois left her in January 2016 due to her ongoing infidelity involving numerous other men and her defrauding of over $100,000.00 in unreturned loans still owing to Dupois and his family 10 years on as well as the numerous death threats made by Dupoiss ex partner and her lovers toward Dupois and Barrister Kerry Crinis (Now Deceased) as a consequence of the ongoing intimidation and pressure by Dupoiss ex and her Police Officer Lover.
